We’ve packed and turned in our boxes—over 140 shoe boxes this year for the Operation Christmas Child project. Check out the information to follow the progress of the project.

2012-02-04: We’ve added some introductory information about our Congregational Renewal project as well as what we’ll be doing for Midweek Lent, which begins with Ash Wednesday on February 22nd.

2012-02-04: We’re in the process of moving a portion of our website to pilgrimbethesda.ctsmemberconnect.net. While our calendar is still available using Google calendar, we’re starting to move our information over to the MemberConnect calendar. We’ll try to keep you apprised of changes as they occur here. 2011-11-28: We’ve just changed our Seasonal page to reflect our entrance into Advent in preparation for Christmas. We hope you’ll take a look at what’s happening here at Pilgrim Lutheran as we prepare for Christmas.

2011-10-06: Beginning Sunday, October 9th, and continuing through Sunday, October 30th, we’ll be emphasizing Consecrated Stewards. Check out the information on Consecrated Stewards here on the site.

2011-10-03: We’ve changed our front page to put Operation Christmas Child right up front and on the top. We encourage you to take a look at the videos and pack a shoe box. Tell you friends. Have shoe box packing parties. Help a child learn about Jesus this Christmas. What better gift could you give? You can also check out what we have up on our site about Operation Christmas Child.

2011-09-16: We’ll now have audio copies of sermons from Pilgrim’s services on the site. You can see what’s available and listen to them at our Audio Sermons page. We hope you’ll find this to be a benefit. Enjoy!

2011-08-02: We’ve just completed our Planet Zoom Vacation Bible School. For more details go to our special Planet Zoom VBS site. Be sure to check out the daily pictures. Enjoy!

2011-06-07: We now have a Facebook page (in addition to our Facebook group). We still have a couple of hoops to jump through to make it work the way we envision (getting SSL working in the last major one) so please consider it a “work in progress.” We hope to use it as a way to better communicate with Pilgrim’s members and friends. Be sure to click on the Pilgrim Blog link in the left-hand column. Once we get these final fixes completed that’s what should appear on your screen when you go to the page. To that end we encourage you to take a look and “like” us. If we get 25 “likes” we can get a simpler URL to make it easier to put on our publicity pieces (let your cursor hover over the link above to see why we’d like a simpler URL. Yikes!)
